Jesse Seifert has loved telling stories since he was a kid. When he's not writing at Emerson and Friends, he enjoys reading, listening to music, going to the movies, and playing with his cats. A Florida native, he lives in Clearwater with his wife Alexandra.

Valeria Diaz is a Venezuelan illustrator and designer based in Florida. Her passion for the arts began when she was in elementary school doodling in class and followed her throughout her adulthood. Valeria received her BFA in Illustration with a concentration in Surface Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her work is known for its soft, friendly, and playful characteristics. She is inspired by her travels, nature, and everyday life. When she is not designing, Valeria is hanging out with her family, reading, playing video games, or playing with her pets.
